Fractional Operations

The operator founders keep.

I run the business behind the business, and I build the things it runs on. Systems, funnels, workspaces, launches, and the follow-through that holds it all together. One person, instead of a team you have to manage.

01 / The work

Most operators coordinate. I also build.

Coordination is easy to replace. Build capability is not. That is why I am usually the one still standing when a founder trims everything else.

i

Run the operation

The day to day that decides whether anything ships. Priorities, deadlines, contractors, client delivery, the things that quietly fall over when nobody owns them.

  • Project and delivery management
  • Contractor and team coordination
  • Client onboarding and comms
  • Inbox, calendar, and follow-up
ii

Build the assets

Not a brief handed to someone else. I build the funnels, pages, courses, automations, and internal systems your business actually runs on.

  • Funnels, landing pages, and email
  • Course and membership builds
  • CRM and automation setup
  • Dashboards and internal tooling
iii

Hold the follow-through

The part that fails everywhere else. Decisions get tracked, launches get finished, and the thing you agreed to three weeks ago still happens.

  • Launch and event execution
  • SOPs and documentation
  • Reporting you will actually read
  • A single point of accountability

02 / How it works

Simple engagement, no long ramp.

01

A call

Thirty minutes. You tell me what is not getting done and what it is costing you. I tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.

02

A map

I go through what you have, find where the work is actually stalling, and come back with a scoped plan and a fixed monthly rate.

03

The work

A monthly retainer with defined scope. You stop holding the operation in your head, and things start finishing without you chasing them.

Not ready for a retainer?

I take one-off projects too. A launch that needs running, a funnel or course to build, a systems clean-up, an event to get out the door. Scoped, priced, and finished, with no ongoing commitment.

03 / Proof

What founders say.

Every client so far has come from a referral from another client.

“Camilla not only changed my business, she changed my life. We started working together when my business was quite new and frankly a bit of a mess. I was extremely overwhelmed. Now, almost four years later, my business runs like a well-oiled machine. In the four years we have worked together, my annual revenue has doubled, because I am more productive and we are able to reach and serve more people due to her amazing efforts. I can say with all certainty I would not be where I am today without her help.”
Lianne K.Founder and business coach
“Her ability to problem-solve or put out small fires without bringing the client in is impressive. Camilla is the asset you didn't know you needed, and once you have her on your team, you can't live without her.”
Nicole M.Founder, operations agency
“She's technically perfect. Camilla knows what she's talking about when it comes to sales, operations and systems. She's turned our rag-tag team into a finely-tuned engine in a few short weeks. Why wouldn't you want her on your side?”
Janette Y.Founder and clinician
“It's so important to be able to trust the people in your business 100% and I have that with Camilla. She consistently goes above and beyond to make my life easier and to deliver for our customers. When you work with Camilla you know she has your back.”
Lauren H.Founder, consumer brand
“Camilla is smart, highly organized, responsive, good with people, happy to dive into new challenges, and she learns fast. She's kept me doing the things I need to do and has been a great addition to the team.”
Greg N.CEO, clean energy

From Inbox Detox, a workshop I created and delivered at a conference in 2020

“Spending time with Camilla has significantly improved my email management. I went from 20,000+ unread emails in my inbox to basically none. I even went on vacation afterwards and the strategies put in place allowed me to easily get everything back under control. It's a huge relief, and now opening my emails doesn't feel as daunting.”

When one client cut a four person team down to one, I was the one kept.

04 / About

Hospitality taught me operations.

I started in hospitality and events, where the whole job is making a complicated thing look effortless to the person standing in front of you. Nothing else has taught me more about operations. You plan for what will go wrong, you handle it before anyone notices, and the night still ends well.

Years later I do the same thing for founders. The businesses I work in are usually built out of the founder personally, which makes handing anything over genuinely hard. So I do not ask for control. I take the work, I finish it, and I give you back the room in your head.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, which is the only way this level of involvement is honest.
